Payment Terms
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure site and include Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Maestro via "Paypal". Please note due to fraudulent misuse and chargebacks we will only ship orders to CONFIRMED Paypal addresses.

You may return your item within 7 working days upon receipt of goods for an exchange or a full refund, as long as you send your request in writing (letter or e-mail) or via telephone and return the goods to us in original packaging and unused. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification or the goods are sent back within the time frame mentioned above.
Please note that intitial shipping costs are non-refundable, and any costs of items returned will be incurred by the customer.
Please include £2.99 to cover costs of re-shipping smaller goods for exchange.
